During COVID 19 pandemic, DPS Chas adopted a novel initiative for school students - "PUSTAK VAHINI" - Zeal on Wheels, to bring an ease in the process of learning and to follow an uninterrupted academic structure.

The buses plied across the city on different routes to help students avail a pick and drop facility for notebooks, assignments, and worksheets; administering, assessing and assisting the best possible help to students. This approach was adopted to bridge the gap of somatic interaction which was one of its kind and was highly successful and appreciated. This displayed the quality of rational thinking even in Pandemic.
